When will your order be shipped?

Most orders are sent out within 2 business days. You will be notified via email/phone/fax in the event of an exception.

How will your order be shipped?

All orders are shipped through Canada Post. Customers can choose from 4 shipping options.
Shipping Options:
Depending on when you would prefer your order to arrive, you will have a choice of the following shipping services offered through Canada Post.

• Regular Parcel
• Expedited Parcel (extra charge applies)
• Xpresspost (extra charge applies)
• Priority Courier (extra charge applies)

We take proper care to ensure that all of our orders are properly packaged for their journey.

For free shipping in Canada a minimum order of $100.00 must be made.

Cancelling or Changing Your Order

Your order may be cancelled before it is shipped. Keep in mind, however, your order may be shipped as early as 3 hours after your orders placed depending on the time and day that you order.

Back Orders

If an item you've ordered is back ordered, we will notify you via email and give you an approximate shipping date. You will be given a choice then if you wish to cancel the item, or have the item shipped as soon as we receive it.
